Personal Biography:

Jason was born into a family of doctors. His father Frederick is a neurosurgeon and his mother Susan is a podiatrist. His sister Catherine was at the University of Missouri as a pre Med student. Jason went to John Hopkins University. While there he participated in their Navy ROTC program. Due to his preoccupation with the ROTC program, Jason had to repeat his fourth year of studies. He did this at Starfleet Academy, San Francisco Campus. As part of making up that fourth year, Jason tutored a number of students and came to the attention of Starfleet.

After he graduated Jason received an appointment to Starfleet with the rank of ensign and was assigned as an instructor to the Jupiter Station Campus. His parents were quite upset at his having to repeat his fourth year and will only speak to him in very cold terms. Catherine on the other hand is her usual cheerful self and is slightly jealous of her brother going into space,but jealous in a good way. She has told him that she intends to join Starfleet as well,but has sworn him to secrecy so as not to anger their parents.
