What to Expect

Course Procedure
Each course, basic or advanced, is slightly different in how it runs. However, the basic structure is generally the same. After applying for a course, you will received a confirmation email to double check that you signed up, and are interested in taking the course you requested. Once you confirm this, you will be sent additional instructions to complete the course. Normally this is an exam, but not always.

If at any time you are uncertain about anything, or even just want to double check instructions, please don't hesitate to ask. Unless you ask, we cannot provide the confirmation or assistance you require, and at the end of the day, we aren't giving you the training you deserve.

What to expect from us
Our faculty is expected to be accurate and timely with responses. We will normally get back to you within 48 hours. We are here to answer your questions and help guide you through learning how to sim, either at a basic or at a more advanced level. We will also maintain a degree of professionalism.

What we Expect from You
We expect that you are joining us willing to learn and eager to go and sim. Part of that includes asking questions about things that don't understand or may not make sense. Some things might be totally new to you, or perhaps just different from what you might have done before. We are here to clear up these questions. Who knows, we might even learn something from you.
