Hello, and welcome to the Starfleet: The First Era Academy website. I am Acting Captain Wu Janjin, Starfleet Academy Commandant. This Academy trains simmers and writers to play within the First Era SIM Group. Whether you are new to the simming world, or a seasoned veteran looking for some refresher skills, the Academy is here to serve you.

The Academy motto is, "Ex Astris, Scientia", Latin for "from the stars, knowledge". The Faculty at Starfleet Academy is not only professional and of the highest caliber, we are dedicated to providing our students with the highest level and quality of instruction.

While all primary training is still held in San Fransisco, advanced training for promising students is held on Jupiter Station. Those looking for an assignment to deep space must have passed that stage of training to be eligable for NX-Class crew selections.
